Small Business CRM and Lead Management Software Companies in Michigan

Michigan seems to be playing a key role in supporting and growing technology companies providing cutting edge CRM and Lead Management software tools to small and medium businesses.

Four software companies, namely AIMCRM (based in Traverse City), Keleidico (based in Flat Rock), LeadPro247 (based in Troy) and SalezTrack (based in Troy) providing sales lead management software services in US are based in Michigan. All these software products are provided in Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

While software services such as Saleforce.com, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Oracle and SAP are catering to the CRM (customer relationship management) needs of large organizations, small and medium sized companies depend on the above mentioned software firms to embrace the online marketing and internet lead management practices.

I am not sure if this is just a coincidence. However it augurs well for the technology industry in Michigan. I do hope this trend will catch on and stimulate the growth of the technology sector. With more incubators and business accelerators coming into picture, entrepreneurs have high hopes. With cloud based computing taking on in a big way, Michigan technology startups and second stage companies have a fair chance to play a significant role.
